About ESE

High school Speech and Debate is known to be extremely popular and competitive— especially in states like Texas. What many students fail to realize is that, just by starting their speech and debate career earlier, they can yield far greater successes. That’s why we decided to step in. ESE’s founder, Arshia, wanted more young kids to not only succeed in her favorite activity but to also gain the significant argumentative public-speaking skills that speech and debate has to offer. That’s why, ESE’s goal is to bridge the gap of coaching, resources, and opportunities available to Elementary, Middle, and High school students alike.
